Returns Policy
We want you to love your vintage treasures as much as we do! However, due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we have a strict returns policy to ensure fairness for all of our customers.
Please read the following carefully before making a return:
1. Condition of Items:
We only accept returns for items that are in exactly the same condition as when they were shipped to you. If an item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way, we cannot accept it for a return. This includes any stains, smells, or damage caused after the item has been received.
2. Tags & Packaging:
All items must have the original tags attached, and must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received. If the tags have been removed or packaging damaged, we will not accept the return.
3. Timeframe for Returns:
You must contact us about any return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will not be processed.
4. No Refunds on Sale or Discounted Items:
Items purchased on sale, as part of a promotion, or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
5. Proof of Purchase:
To process a return, we will need your original proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt. Without this, we may not be able to process your return.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is received safely, as we are not liable for items that are lost in transit.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return:
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Accessories (hats, bags, scarves, etc.)
- Intimate or undergarment items
- Items that show signs of being worn, washed, or altered
8. Refunds and Exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method (minus shipping costs). Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for vintage items due to limited stock.
